Do you offer returns?

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To request a return, please drop us a mail at care@boldconnection.com and we will guide you with the process. In any case, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Additionally, for products like clothing which involves sizes, we request you to follow our sizing guide for the product before ordering. In case you have any query on the sizing, please reach out to us at care@boldconnection.com before placing the order; we will be happy to assist you.

How does the refund works?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

I am yet to receive the refund, what shall I do?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@boldconnection.com.

Can I return the sale items?

Only regular priced items can be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

In what cases do you offer exchanges?

We offer exchanges in the following scenarios:
1.  If we delivered a wrong item than what you ordered. In this case, please reach us within 10 days of receiving the product at care@boldconnection.com and we will guide you with the process. We will bear the shipping cost of the product being returned and the same will be refunded to you once we receive the product back.

2.  If we delivered an item that is damaged or defective. In this case, please reach us within 10 days of receiving the product at care@boldconnection.com and we will guide you with the process. We will bear the shipping cost of the product being returned and the same will be refunded to you once we receive the product back

Can I cancel my order?

Since every order is custom printed individually, if it has not gone for production, we certainly can cancel your order. Ideally we recommend raising your cancellation request within 2 hours of placing your order. To cancel an order you have placed with us, you must contact customer support by email at care@boldconnection.com. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
